abstract = {{The ILC is a Higgs Factory, where electron-positrons are accelerated by SRF to 125 GeV. In 2013, the GDE, an international organization of researchers, compiled the TDR. It is currently being studied under the International Development Team (IDT) with international collaboration. The ILC uses about 8,000 9-cell cavities similar to those in the European XFEL and operates at an average of 31.5 MV/m. The start of the European XFEL operation and the commissioning of LCLS-II show the maturity of the SRF technology. Furthermore, research is underway to develop new surface treatment to obtain even higher performance cavities. An international technology development program focusing on SRF, nanobeams, and particle sources just started as the ¿ILC Technology Network¿ (ITN). For SRF, the key topics is to realize high-performance cavities in the world. Other topics include compliance with the High Pressure Gas Safety Act, the design of cryomodules that will become the global standard, and the development of crab cavities. We believe that promoting international cooperation including SRF will lead to the development of a high-performance SRF accelerator as well as for the ILC.}},
